We have a new change of office from 6th June 2018 - Our new office is located opposite the existing office next to the car park exit.
You can find in T1 between arrival gates A and B. In T2, at baggage collections in front of carousel 5. In T3, in front of carousel 4 in the Qantas baggage collection area. The vehicles are collected at the central car park location (P1) which is located between Terminal 2 and Terminal 3.
The Airport Link train which runs every 10 minutes and takes less than 15 minutes to reach the airport from Central Station is a convenient way to get to the Airport.

Located near the junction between the M1 and Pacific Highway, not far from North Shore Private Hospital. 10 minutes north of the city off the M1 motorway. If you're arriving by train, we're only a 13-minute walk from Artarmon station. You can even take a bus – get off on the Pacific Highway then walk the few minutes to the office.
What to bring for your vehicle pick up

- Driver’s licence

- Please contact the location prior to pick up to let us know whether you would like a forward or rear baby seat installed
Deposit
- Depending on location, vehicle type, payment method or account conditions, a deposit of $200 up to a maximum of $1100 will be processed on your credit card at time of pick up.
- This deposit will be refunded upon vehicle return, pending any additional charges applicable.

Baby & child booster seats
- Baby seats will be installed forward facing as standard. If you would prefer a rear facing seat, please notify us by emailing reservations@thrifty.com.au.
