New Roadside Assistance measures for COVID-19
Roadside Assistance will continue to be provided. All Australian Mobility Clubs are amending their processes to ensure the safety of our customers and their staff. Should you call Roadside Assistance, you will be asked the following questions:
- Are you displaying symptoms of cold or flu?
- Have you returned from Overseas in the last 14 days, or are in self isolation?
- Have you been exposed to anyone with Covid-19 (Corona Virus)?
If you answer yes to any of the above questions, social distancing measures will be put in place to satisfy your needs and the well-being of any attending staff.

All Thrifty vehicles are covered with national roadside assistance. Any roadside assistance call outs due to vehicle malfunction are covered by Thrifty. Where the callout is due to driver negligence or error, the costs associated with the incident will be on charged to the renter.
