Car Rental Regency Park Downtown

Regency Park is an inner-northern suburb of Adelaide, only a few minutes’ drive (or 8 kilometres) from the city centre in your rental car. It is also just a 13-minute drive from  Adelaide Airport and the coast, with Adelaide's many beaches an easy drive from almost any suburb in the capital.

Regency Park is a quiet industrial suburb with few restaurants or tourist attractions located within its small borders, but its close proximity to Adelaide and all the South Australian capital's tourism attractions and unique experiences makes it a great place to set out on your Adelaide and South Australian Journey.

Regency Park is close to both the town centre, the coast and the northern bay, featuring Torrens Island and the Garden Island Ships' Graveyard. Drives up the coast offer stunning views of St Vincent Gulf or drive to coastal towns such as Port Wakefield in the north and Victor Harbour in the south.

There are so many travel locations inside and around Adelaide to take your rental car. You will be completely spoiled for choice, with museums, galleries, heritage buildings, the bay, the zoo and botanic gardens all located in the city. Outside the city, you have just as many options, with national parks and wine regions a short drive away. The Barossa Valley is the wine capital of South Australia, which says a lot. With 18 wine regions in the state, South Australia has been voted a wine capital of the world. Take the 45-minute drive outside Adelaide from Regency Park to the Barossa Valley to experience some of the 80 cellar doors, 5-star restaurants, breweries, distilleries, art galleries, heritage attractions and more. The Barossa Valley makes the perfect weekend trip from Adelaide.
