The Gondwana Rainforests of Australia are a collective of rainforests that are some of the oldest in the world; in fact, these rainforests were formed millions of years ago. Make sure to check out Wollumbin National Park and Mebbin National Park while you’re visiting Lismore. You’ll be visiting some iconic history while also enjoying some natural beauty, too.
Of course, the bush isn’t for everyone. So, if you prefer the salty sea air, head to the coastal towns of Byron Bay and Ballina. These towns are home to beautiful beaches, like Belongil and The Pass. You’ll find yourself among one of the most popular spots in New South Wales when you visit so make the most of it! It sure is beautiful.
