We’ve upped our cleaning standards at all locations to ensure the health and wellbeing of our customers and team members. Here’s what we’re doing:
Vehicle cleaningOur customers can rest assured that we’re taking the cleanliness of our fleet very seriously. All vehicles are cleaned with anti-bacterial products and our teams are wearing appropriate PPE equipment at every location across Australia and New Zealand.
Location cleaningOur locations are cleaned on a regular basis, but we’ve now taken things up a notch. We’ve increased our cleaning schedules to ensure our sites remain as hygienic as possible, and have even introduced a 2 hour cleaning schedule for high traffic surfaces.
All our staff have been advised to practice good hygiene by washing their hands with soap and water, using hand sanitiser when available and avoiding close contact with others. Most importantly, we’ve encouraged all staff who are feeling unwell or showing flu like symptoms to stay home until they’re feeling better.
The coronavirus (COVID-19) situation is constantly changing, but our priority remains unchanged, keeping you safe on your journey. Our customer service team is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to support our travellers who may require assistance or have any questions.
