Day 1: PERTH - DUNSBOROUGH (254 KMS - 3HRS)
Arrive in Perth and collect your car from the Thrifty airport desk or location office. Spend the morning discovering beautiful Perth, a modern city with a population of 1.3 million people. Perth has many historical buildings, some of great beauty with many unique attractions and exciting activities such as: King Park, Perth Zoo, local beaches, Underwater World and River Cruises.
Leave Perth just after midday and begin your journey south to Dunsborough. Follow your map and the signs through Bunbury and Busselton leading you to Dunsborough arriving late afternoon.

Day 2: DUNSBOROUGH - MANDURAH (178 KMS - 2 HOURS)
Spend the morning discovering the heart of wine country. You can follow your palate to dozens of boutique wineries producing wines of national and international repute around Busselton, Margaret River and Yallingup. At Yallingup you can also join local surfers then browse local art and craft galleries, explore limestone caves, sample local gourmet produce and feast your eyes on idyllic coastal scenery. After lunch, head north to Mandurah where you can spend a few hours on the estuary fishing or crabbing.

Day 3: MANDURAH - PERTH (76 KMS - 1 HOUR)
Enjoy the relaxed seaside resort with calm protected waterways and great beaches or spend a couple of hours discovering the Peel Discovery Centre before heading back to Perth. An alternate route back to Perth is via Fremantle where you can stop and enjoy the atmosphere of this famous port city with many pavement cafes, superb restaurant, markets, food halls and historical buildings. |
